I am very disappointed at the sales service received from Archie at Dion Wired Cradlestone Mall. I called the store to confirm if they had the new Samsung 3 glasses. He confirmed they do. I asked if they are the new ones (2013) and if it's the same that comes with the TV set. He verified this.

Upon arriving at the store i again asked if he was sure it's the same set of glasses, to which he replied in the affirmative. I purchased two set only to realise upon arriving at home that they are indeed not the same.

Dion wired should train their staff appropriately. This is a major inconvenience.
