I am trying to log a complaint regarding the defective battery of my 6 month old Sumsung Galaxy S4, but just ended up frustrated. First the email option timed out, then there were no live agents available to support all while it clearly states that they are available till 17h00 in the afternoon. I just need to land this complaint re the battery that I feel need to be replaced by Samsung as it has made a 'bubble' and it now shutting down my phone so often that I have reverted to using the iPhone in the house.
Not good service at all. Now I am frustrated with my Phone as well as Samsung SA
