Really Impressive Customer Service

A couple weeks ago I noticed my battery beginning to drain more than usual/normal. Tweeted to Samsung to ask if it was a known problem. They replied within a couple hours asking me to mail them the details. Following which I received a reply to head to the head office in Bryanston and could replace the battery. Went the next day during lunch, did not have to wait and received a new battery. Service received was efficient and excellent.
