I have been experiencing problems with my battery on my S4.
I reported this to Samsung, and they informed me that a new battery would be delivered the next day. This has been 3 weeks now.
When I phone the service department, I am constantly told that they are still waiting for stock of these batteries from the Head Office.
Does it really take 3 weeks for batteries to be delivered? If this is the case, the selling of these phones must be zero.
I have left a message for the manager of the department to call me, and I am still waiting.
The service has been appalling. If there is such a back log of batteries, is it not the descent thing to contact the client, and inform them, why should we daily contact the service department.
I have had numerous problems with this product, starting with faulty phone at purchase, and now this.
I would really appreciate if someone on a more senior level would contact me. My call reference is #7112029191.
