I bought a washing machine / dryer combination at LG in Canal Walk on 17 November 2013. Duo to a misunderstanding a washing machine version was delivered 19 November to me. Upon communicating with LG Canal Walk, Alida assisted professionally and Morne at the distribution centre also assisted in the correct model to be delivered to me this morning and removal of wrong unit. Thank you LG - you certainly look after your customers!!!
