Got caught with the same trick. Bought HTC One X for R2 900 on 20 Sep'13, Quote stated price All Inclusive, "No Hidden Cost". Made payment just to get request for additional R1 900 for refundable customs duties within 7 days! Ha Ha - what a! I requested my money without luck. Can the SAP not crack down on this guy, get our money back and prosecute him! How can he be allowed to continue with business and everyday from more and more people? His Invoice states 22 Mandela Drive, Bloemfontein. I'm in the Northern Cape, can someone in Bloem go check him out and kick in his teeth!
