Too good to be true

I found a local electronics web site selling equipment dirt cheap online. I inquired online about the item's cost and availability and received an email the very next day stating that it is available for R 7, 900.00, "BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE! ". The package included additional items at a value of about R 7, 000.00. I called the seller and asked about the extras and she stated that it was a promotional special, "ya right". I smelt something fishy. Googled the seller and found that someone else was tricked. I offered to drive and collect the item myself, excuses, excuses. Bottom line, this seems like a major and I would not make the mistake to give them any money.
