I have never had any problems with Bidorbuy, I think they are great. However one of their sellers CITYGIRL ELECTRONICS haven't send me a tracking number yet, meaning the product has not even been posted. I've placed an order on Wednesday 4 September and paid an extra fee for Speed services (Delivery of 1-2 days) because I bought the product for my mom's birthday which was on Saturday. I had to buy another present because of the seller, CityGirl Electronics extremely bad service. I've send Keshni Pillay (CityGirl Electronics) a mail asking for a tracking number. No response. I then send another e-mail to have the order canceled but still no responce.
I still haven't heard anything from the seller.
