Customers no longer of importance to Samsung

Samsung still have not been able to get Kies to sync the S4 with Outlook Schedule 2013.
It is now almost a year.
Obviously the customers who buy phones more that a year old are no longer of importance to Samsung.
Why bother buying Samsung if they cannot do what they guarantee.
