I purchased a Samsung TV (Game Centurion- all receipts in tact))

on 22 Dec 2011. In Jan 2013, a thin green line appeared on top of the TV. I called SAMSUNG and was informed that he warranty was expired. I did not do anything further as I thought I couls live with it. One year and 10 months after purchasing the product, I have a TV with a green line across and cannot watch TV.
Surely Samsung does not manufacture products to last less than 2 years. OR IS THAT WHY THE WARRANTY IS 1 YEAR.
I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again... Customer satisfaction is of huge importance to me...
