Samsung"s Poor After Sales Service

I have been dealing with your repair centre OEG in Germiston and specifically Cecelia Oliphant.
My oven, in a unit which I let out, has been repaired by them 3-4 times last year. I ask for quotes and copies of job cards and each time I receive absolutely nothing but an invoice and them saying that the thermostat needs to be replaced.

Last year in Nov, Cecilia said that I had bought an inferior product and that she would apply to Samsung for a depreciation she also stated that the service at Samsung is very poor and this process could take 6 months. Who is able to wait 6 months for an oven?? I proceeded to send her all the info in Nov and waited for a reply which I never received. Then in Dec the unit broke again, I reported this to a technician on the 23rd of Dec and again spoke to Nadia on Monday 13/1. On phoning Samsung then myself on Friday 17/1 Ref: 7111819258, they say that the repair centre only applied for the depreciation on the 15/1 and to date has still not sent the signed template to Samsung as requested by the depreciation department.

I am so sorry that I ever bought a Samsung product!!!
