On the 25.05.2011 I reported a factory faulty on my Samsung TV: Screen pixelation, Model no: PS43D490A1XXA, DOP:22.05.2011, Serial no:243638RB400212E, Ref:7111507153.On the 25.05.2011 Unit was collected for repairs by ASC Bathopele and only received the unit back after waiting for 2 months while they still trying to repair the unit and from there it was credited.11.07.2011 Credit requested RGA no 2104792620 EP no 967815.I then bought another Samsung TV same model in December 2011, Model no: PS43D490A1XXA, DOP:23.12.2011 Serial no:275439NB800310R, Ref:7111772938:Fault: Unit has a pink colour patch on the left right handside corner going down to the centre and also when playing 3D titles the TV shows a green line on the left side close to the edge of the screen.reported the fault on the 03.12.2012On the 11.12.12 the unit was repaired and delivered and only to find out that now the TV was not accepting the 3D video playback.05.02.2013 This TV was repaired in December by Bathopele and they changed the pc board the new pc board does not pair with my 3D glasses. I waited for more than 4 weeks as they were waiting for the technical manager William De beer who was not around.
