Good grief! How does such a large international company get away with this!
After spending R20 000 on a fridge from them, having it repaired in the first week, not been able to use or bother to use ice holder in winter, now within the last month having the technician out 4x to fix it - after begging them and many phone calls and promises of the manager returning calls - this never happening, technician telling my staff to keep on emptying the ice dispenser on a permanent basis... Good grief who gets up at 2am to empty that? What if i am away the weekend?? You dont mention that when you sold the fridge to me! That is still not where the problem is! Why do they not address the problem!?? I am! I just want a fridge that works for the amount of money I paid, and, one that dispenses ice and is not permanently jammed! WILL SOMEONE AT LG HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLY TO ME!
