In the middle of August Bole', the owner, suggested that we replace the door closing mechanism on our
AEG dishwasher. As we were leaving for overseas on the 16 August I handed him R 700 cash and the
operating instructions brochure of the machine. On our return on 9 September nothing was done. I phoned
Bole' who informed me thar he could not get the part and that he would refund me the money. I have now phoned at least six times and every time he promised that he would either pay direct into my account or
bring the money. My last phone call was on 21 October and to date no money or brochure
