Cell C
Deducting money and not pay back

I made a deposit to Cell C of R1800 on August the 23rd. on the 24th they deducted R1193 from my account.

I logged my first call to get this rectified on 28 August with reference number 3082800233.

On 30 August I phoned again to find out what the status was. I was told that the amount of R1035.81 will be deposited into my account. I got another reference number for the same call: 3083001217.

On 9 September I phoned again this time the reference number is: 3083001217 the supervisor promised to phone me with feedback today by 10h00.

I did not receive tha call and phoned in again and while on the phone I got an sms stating that and EFt refund will be done in 7 working days but now the amount is only R402.81.

I don't know what else to do.
