OUTSTANDING REFUND

On July, 29 I purchased travel insurance and, at the same time, requested top up insurance to the value of R400. Morgan Buys, incorrectly withdrew an amount of R800. I immediately phoned and informed him of his error and requested a complete reversal of my R800, following this with email to him on July, 30. To date, I have contacted
the following staff without resolution of my refund.

SIZO August, 19 who undertook to ensure that the refund will be processed
GERALD MKWANAZI, August, 27 who undertook to follow up the refund due - no response to date
RENOLDA, September 2 who conferred with Aegis supervisor who promised to return my call. To date
nothing!
NO RESPONSES ARE RECEIVED FROM THE CLIENT SERVICES.
