Bought a NEW laptop, and a month later the screen is stuffed. WHY? Because of the horrible manufacturing! My top is like a floppy disc with absolutely NO support for a very heavy screen. But alas; Samsung refuses to repair a brand new laptop of a couple of thousand rand! THIS after a customer care agent admitted that it was in fact a manufacturing fault and that there was no support at all for the top heavy screen! And yet, I get told that it's the same as a phone; no warranty on the screen... Excuse me? We have 13 Samsung products in our house. I was on my way to buy my husband a new tv. Guess what? THAT got cancelled. NEVER in my life will I ever buy anything that says SAMSUNG AGAIN! The rudest customer care person I have ever encountered at their Boksburg service center! And then someone actually had the nerve to phone me and insist that, since I had to pay to it get fixed, I might as well bring it to one of their service centers... Ya right!!! You've lost a big Samsung client. And your service, as does your products!
