TERRIBLE SERVICE

On Saturday morning the screen of my s4 was covered in purple blotches and got worse throughout the day so on Sunday October 27th 2013, my fiance and i decided to go to the samsung store in Fourways Johannesburg. Firstly the service we received was terrible, the consultant was extremely rude and spoke to us like we were children. Secondly, upon asking about the wereabouts of the care centre, this person had no idea as to were it was and could only tell us that its in 14th avenue by a bridge! when we asked about trading hours and such, we were told that the repair centre was NOT open on the weekends and we can only go during the week and would have to call in advance. This morning when i went onto the website to make those arrangements i see that the repair centres are opened 7 DAYS A WEEK and until 3PM on a Sunday. The sales people and consultants should really be trained more extensively and have the necessary info to assist customers. This is extremely inconvenient as i receive all my work related mails and calls on my phone and I could of had my phone fixed yesterday already but now I'm sitting without a phone when I'm working during the week. Not happy at all
