We bought a deffective microwave from Samsung last year. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control we were only able to take it to the service centre on the 2 October 2013. We were told that Technicians work 7 days a week and that it would be sorted in 3-5 days. We went into the centre on 5 October 2013 and were informed that a techinician will be in touch and the board needed to be replaced. I then could not get through to Samsung from the 9th till the 15. On the morning of the 16th I finally spoke to Nicole. She informed me that it is still not fixed and that I will be contacted when it is ready. No one at Samsung can give me an indication of when the microwave will be repaired. I expressed my disatifaction to her but she is obviously not trained in customer care and then irritatedly promised me that someone would contact me by the end of the day but noone did. It was as though she said this just to get me off the phone. There is zero customer service from this store. To make matters worse my brand new Samsung Fridge is too nosiy for a modern product and I deeply regret my purchase. I will be on every consumer site urging people to buy LG and stay away from Samsung
