Firstly, please be warned that if you have Samsung cellphone, you will be asked to pay R 285 for them to back up your data whether or not your phone is under warrantly! Only mentioned to me when I was seated in front of the consultant who took my daughter's phone in. I had spoken to a consultant at the Cresta store and receptionist at the Care Centre, and neither one said there was a charge involved.
Secondly, I handed the phone in at about 9.30am on Sunday 3/11/13. I e-mailed the PIN to Wendy at 12.25 on 3/11/13. I called the centre today 5/11/13 at 16h20 and spoke to Katherine to follow up regarding the phone as I have not had any feed back from the care centre either telephonically or via e-mail. She was going to check and come back to me an hour later she still had not called me back, I tried to call the care centre at 17h30 and got no reply, according to the website their week business hours are 9am to 6pm.
