TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

A new fridge which I purchased from Game was delivered on 07/12/12. The water dispenser was leaking and I reported the fault to Game, and was then contacted by Samsung via sms. A week later I was told that the repair agent was too busy to assist me and that the problem would be passed on to another centre. I received another sms and was then finally contacted a week later to arrange the repair. The repair agent called me at 9am on a weekday to say the technician would be at my home at 10am to complete the repair. Not possible as I have a full time job! She rearranged to come 06/01/13 at 5pm, when I contacted them yesterday they had no idea about the call out even though I received a confirmation sms about the appointment. Over a month now, my BRAND NEW fridge is still not fixed, and no one bothers to follow up anything. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!
