My samsung tv refused to come on.customer care at Samsung told me to hand my tv over to Darro Electrical in Boksburg.i was to ask for a parts depreciation. This was on the
17.07.2013.Approval for the depreciation came two months later.i paid for a replacement tv at a R2000 discount on 11.09.2013.Numerous calls to Darro and to the depre citation dept.
At samsung has fell on deaf ears.i am now without a tv for 3 months. Depreciation was granted as my tv could not be repaired. Tne frustration samsung has put me through has not been worth the discount
