I brought a Sharp Convection oven last year at Makro. I have since taken the unit back in July for repair, as it heats unevenly and the oven part does not function correctly. I got the oven back in Aug, nothing was done. They could not find the fault, I was not informed of this. That weekend I tried making something & was ruined. I took it back, it is still at the repair centre & they can't find the fault. I don't have a unit at the moment, and they can't tell me if this will be resolved. The guarantee has since expired.
