TWISP CONSUMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!

To: THE HEAD OF CONSUMER COMPLAINTS:

I write to you to today because of the utterly disgusting service I have received from one of your representatives, one Poovendran Naidoo, who holds the title of the regional manager of Twisp durban.

Both the devices I purchased were faulty and I was referred to Poo. He stated that customers only wanted to "get something" from the manufacturers and that he was in possession of 5 returned devices which he was presently using. He refused to allow me to speak shouting and screaming before he ended the call.

FAULTY PRODUCTS COUPLED WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THE RECIPE NEEDED TO BUILD YOUR BRAND.

Twisp needs to revise their recruitment process as they are obviously doing something wrong if individuals like Poo are responsible for customer service. Maybe they should include a course on etiquette in the training of their employees.

WHAT EVERY POTENTIAL CONSUMER OF TWISP SHOULD KNOW IS THAT, YOU WILL HAVE FAULTS WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND YOU WILL BE MET WITH A LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS SO APPALLING IT WILL MAKE YOU QUESTION NOT ONLY THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE PRODUCT BUT ALSO THE INTEGRITY OF THE BRAND ITSELF.
