I went to transfer contacts from a very old Nokia to an iPhone 5 and was seriously stunned by the attitude I received from the istore staff. The Nokia staff had transferred the data onto a disc and when I asked to have it transferred onto the iPhone I was told by the staff at the istore that I needed to make an appointment!! There was no offer to help just a brush off because the staff seemed more interested in continuing their conversation that i seemed to have interrupted. Dumbfounded by this "make an appointment comment" I went in to the Voda Care shop and the technician helped me straight away. I am an avid Apple fan and I am utterly disappointed by the staff I encountered at the istore. This is not what Apple represents!!
