I contacted the iStore a week ago inquiring about Snow leapord - I want to upgrade from 10.5.8 to Mountain Lion and I was told this is necessary! The staff at the store still has not contacted me back, as they said they would. There have been many incidents at the Menlyn iStore. The staff is incompetent and not at all helpful. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!! I am an Apple user and work in the design industry and it is a huge frustration when one has to work with service like this!!!
