Chad pillay is efficient and helpful

I faxed application documents to Durban on July 30. Got no response. After repeated contacts and no feedback we emailed the documents on Monday the 12 August. Once again got no response. I contacted the call centre thurs 15 got to speak to chad. He traced my email. Apparently emails with attached documents get "quarantined" which is bizarre as how do new applications get processed? Also got no email notification that docs were received.
Chad got my papers released called me back followed up and also retrieved my supporting docs which we forgot to send
