I am very dissapointed in the service of dti. they moved my satilite from one flat to a nother and from there on the signal has been jumping up and down. i called them and they claimed the problem was fixed and it was not. i phoned again and they wanted to charge me a call out fee for fixing there mess. there service is very pathetic and im not happy at all because my fiance told the guy to put it on the roof but he refused to do so and did not listen at all i the client will never go back to there shop for anything and i expect them to come and fix there mess
