Samsung does not comply with Act

I bought a New Samsung Fridge/freezer combination two months ago. They tried to fix it twice and now they tell me that all Samsung fridge are loud and noisy and vibrating. I have had a Defy combination for 22 years and even today it is still not vibrating and noisy.

Every time they tell me they are escalating it, but not once have they even tried to call me back. I am on the phone 15 to 25 minutes every time.

Two weeks ago I, under the National Co, consumer Protection Act, I insisted that they replace or refund me. When I phone they still want to escalate my query!!!

They even tell me that they cannot help me because they do not have the stores number (Macro Woodmead) where I purchased it. And they do not have a telephone directory to look it up!!!

Samsung can most probably make phones, but they cannot make fridges. They cannot comply with the law and they cannot look up/have the number of the Macro Woodmead store to contact them.

Totally incompetent, no customer care and unlawful - that is Samsung
