I logged a complaint 2 weeks ago and within 2 hours received a call from a lady stating that my complaint has been received, I just need to be patient. I am still waiting and after 3 months still waiting for my replacement refuge bin. In the meantime I need to continue paying for poor service.
I am not suprised that I did not receive feedback as the service sector seems to be on a don't care attitude.
Does Pikitup still waiting for stock for the past 3 months? O is it because I logged ny quiry prior to the implemantation of when a bin is you need to pay. I presume people who have paid have received their bins already.
This is pathetic to say the least.
