Refer to my prior complaint on hello peter where a "Wenzile Masina" responded by saying "Kindly note that this has been escalated to the relevant supervisory team for urgent resolution." to date well over a MONTH we have had no reply to this and MTN continues to DEDUCT MONEY!!! This is beyond Fh pathetic now! I will now be lodging my complaint with the consumer credit act, and i EXPECT A FULL REFUND OF ALL MONIES THAT YOU HAVE ILLEGALLY TAKEN WHEN WE REQUESTED CANCELATTION TO TAKE PLACE.
YOU OWE US MONEY NOW PAY UP!!! I WILL BE PUTTING THIS ALL OVER THE MEDIA TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE HOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! PATHETIC STAFF AND PATHETIC MANAGERS!!!
