MTN and there terible service

I have logged a complaint prior to this on hello peter about the incident and the dissatisfaction that I have had with mtn and I was told that I will be contacted by them as soon as possible. it has now gone about two months I still haven't heard from then via any means of communication. Very unsatsfied
