So I took a contract 3 months ago, for a Tab 2 10.1 and the Galaxy S4, 2 weeks ago my mobile started going crazy, I log onto the net it shuts down, I call call, text with no issues with the battery fully charged. I can only use the net if it's plugged in on a charger, so many things are wrong with this, I can't have a mobile that's fully charged then when I try to use the internet within 5 seconds it shuts down, when I switch it back on it reflects " connect to charger". Today took it to Your store in Carnal Walk, the technician said he has upgraded the software and there are no viruses detected, now I'm trying to use the net on it, it shuts down again. This mobile is less than 3 months old, expensive and really starting to get on my nerves, I love your brand, find it user friendly and effective. This is an impossible situation that when I purchase from a service provider and informed that I have to be finding my way to get my phone fixed that I pay for and when I go to you, still the same problem doesn't go away.
