We bought a pvr decoder at mackro and paid extra for a R1200 installation voucher. The installers were called blingstallation. Sean the installer came on the day we moved into our new house and did the installation. he connected the pvr to 4 tv's in the house, and left. That evening while watching pvr on the on tv in the bedroom we notice lines coming on the screen, we called blingstallation to check the installation as the pvr was showing fine on the other 3 tv so it couldnt be the decode. Also the extra view was showing crystal clear on the bedroom tv, so it couldnt be the TV. this time someone called Patrick came out. He had a bad attitude from the very beginning. he kept on insisting it is the decoder and not the installation. he said multichoice is a bunch of, and that they didnt know what they were doing. and insisted we must go to multichoice and swop the decoder. my husband went and sopped the decoder, came home and plugged it in. same problem. patrick came again and kept insisting that shaun didnt do the job properly in the beginning. Now they want us to pay them to come out when they should have done the job properly in the first place.
