So Itron already charges everybody in our complex R2, 05 cents per kilowatt which is double that anybody else in cape town pays for electricity. Basically get 48 kilowatts for a R100 with no free units.
Ive come to live with that.
The problem is that i can never buy this expensive electricity anywhere and have to stand while the poor ladies try 8-9 times to get my meter number to go through on their machines.
Im currently sitting in the dark with no way to buy electricity as my meter number is not going through at any retailers or through my standard bank account.
If you are going to charge for a service please deliver. Why should I be forced to sit in the dark and then have to cough out your excessive tariffs that you levy on my complex???
How do you justify a 100% mark up?? With no delivery??
