MY S4 PERIODICALLY FAILS TO SEND OUT EMAILS. YOUR CALL CENTRES FAIL TO RESOLVE THE SNAG. MY CELLULAR AND EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER SAY IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT. YOUR GUYS PROMISED TO CALL BACK... AFTER AN ENTIRE DAY I AM STILL WAITING! I HAVE MADE CLOSE TO A DOZEN CALLS TODAY AND HAVE BEEN MESSED AROUND BY YOUR BUREAUCRATS WHO HAVE STONEWALLED AND WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. WE HAVE 18 SAMSUNG GADGETS AND APPLIANCES... AND WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY SAMSUNG AS A RESULT OF TODAY'S HEAD OFFICE AND CALL CENTRE STAFF BEING SO UNHELPFUL. YOUR 011 LINE ON OPTION 3 FAILS AND RE-DIRECTS TO THE RECORDED MESSAGE TIME AND AGAIN. YOUR RECEPTION STAFF ARE VERY LAX IN ANSWERING. YOU WILL GO THE SAME WAY AS OTHER FORMER TOP BRANDS IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS
