3 weeks ago a technician from Faxsure Solutions came to fix my Samsung fax/printer. Printer needed a new drum. When I followed up with Faxsure told they couldn't get the part from Samsung. Was asked to phone Samsung direct on 0860 726 786 - a call Centre where they said they would follow up with the Service centre. I asked for the Service Centre & was given several different numbers each of which led me back to where I started... at the call centre. After holding on 2 different phone lines for over 35 minutes to 'the MD's office' (yeah right!) with a recorded message in my ear, I gave up. Phoned back to call centre again and although Nasreen was very helpful and said they were trying to locate the part and they would phone me back, it was time-consuming, inefficient and very customer unfriendly style of service. Was told that Samsung had moved factories but Faxsure said more recently ordered parts were being received but Samsung said no parts had been sent out? Go figure? Got a message late afternoon to phone .. guess what the same no where I had hung on for 35 minutes with recorded message in my ear. Real sour award for Samsung customer service.
