I bought TV at house & home was delivered on 02/03/2013 on 04/03/2013 call Sales man Andile Somdaka because the picture quality is not clear reference number 7111962358 on 08/03 Mdu from Samsung call me try to fix it /it was clear after 30min gave me the same problem on 09/03 Andile call me I told him. On the 18/03 Andile call says at Samsung they told him to replace the TV he is waiting for stock from head office he call me on 22/03 after 7:30 he is waiting for the driver on 11/04 I received message from Samsung with reference number 4132760442 two days after received call from Samsung guy told me they will send somebody tocome and fix TV I was surprised told him to go back to Andile I escalated the matter to one of the manager Mr T Souter told me Samsung they will send somebody to come and the TV .they have to replace it or terminate the contract Mr T Souter ask me to call him on Friday 03/05 /if they didn't call me at Samsung.
