I have bought a Samsung S4 - 4 months ago an after 3 months I started to experience issues with the screen. I took it to a Samsung service provider Online Cellular, PE. Tel: 041 363 1786 around 14 November 2013 for repairs. I contacted the repair centre on various occasions, visit 2 to 3 times a week to get feedback
On the10th of December I still do not had my phone back, the service is extremely poor, he staff is abrupt and rude. Online Cellular consistently note that Samsung in Jhb. not have stock, or they missed a delivery to PE.
With visits to Online Cellular a Samsung service centre numerous clients experience the same frustration that I do. The service centre staff refuse to return our devises unless we pay a fee for storage and assessment.
I have contacted Samsung on several occasions and a Thabo contacted me and he was not very helpful. He admitted that he had several escalations regarding Online Cellular during the same week and had to contact them the previous day as well to sort out problems.
How is it possible that a company like Samsung give such poor, pathetic service and so many people buy their products. Pathetic!!!
