Poor Service and Support on PABX system

We installed a new telephone system in our business in February 2013. After a lot of evaluation we decided on Samsung through IP Solutions SA. After 6 months of use we would like to tell you of our experience,

Sid came sold and disappeared into morning mist never to be seen again. It took four months of hounding to get him to fulfil his promises.

Every time we want to add an extension it costs us close to R2000.00. Previously, with Panasonic a same day response would cost about R250.00. In addition, it is now 7 working days and counting after payment was effected for a new extension with no service. We were promised less than 24 hour reaction with local technicians.

The unit fitting is a rat's nest of unprofessional installation. Nothing is square with wires everywhere that people are forced to walk on. All equipment is exposed to the open and covered in dust.

As things stand we will not recommend Samsung to anyone. Our experience has been sad to say the least.
