NO SERVICE NO HELP USELESS

I bought a Samsung officeserve 70/70 approximately 2 years ago. The system has been put in place but as soon as there is a problem with the system you get nothing but broken promises to fix the the PABX. I logged a call on Monday morning to have the system looked at and followed up daily only to be promised that they will be in Today. (My PABX has 25 extensions running to it so one would think that they would appreciate the urgency behind it but no they are interested in telling me it will cost R680 just to come in and have a look at it which obviously I accepted what choice do I have but even agreeing to the fee upfront nothing has happened.

DON'T BUY A SAMSUNG PABX AS THE SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!

If the responder to this mail can give me the codes to get into the system my IT manager will be able to rectify the system!!
