Having spent R56 000-00 on a Samsung 52" LCD TV, Home theatre and blue ray system 4 years ago I was certain that I would have no problems with after sales service. The sound system and DVD player have since been replaced with LG equipment as they broke and spares were not available. Now the TV has also stopped working and was taken to an authorised dealer, Radio Electric & TV on 12-02-2013. I was informed that a small PC board would have to be replaced but Samsung had no stock and they would let notify me about a buy back option. After numerous calls and emails to the dealer and Samsung, even emails to the CEO link on this page all I have received is 4 different reference numbers but no positive response and no TV. Sorry Mr CEO your after sales service and promises are nonexistent. Another Samsung? NEVER AGAIN
