The Samsung Store at Eastgate looks so impressive and professional - yet - there is NO QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN in store, EVER!!! WHAT???
I went to do a "factory restore" on my Samsung Galaxy s2 and NOBODY COULD HELP ME??
Are these stores only there to sell you goods but are incapable to assist on a simple Factory Default Rest on a cell phone??
I travelled from Nigel to get help - so after a 45min drive all 10 people employed there cannot do anything, completely unacceptable!!!
Too fast to sell and no time to assist, terrible!!!
Go to a SAMSUNG STORE WITH YOUR SAMSUNG GOODS AND NOBODY WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEM,
