I got my Samsung S4 in April 2013.
I have been struggling with the device since the. I phone the call centre for assistance because my play store is not working and my device is very slow. so they advice I need to do a factory reset. So I complained and said my data will all be lost and they told me they don't know how to do a back up, so I did my own. Again in Sept 2013 the phone is doing the same thing now I need to reset the device again so I said no way! they advised I need to go to the walk in centre in Boksburg and I need not to worry for any payments as the phone is still under warranty / guarantee. Get there and guess what R150 for assessment and R500 for the software upgrade. Its not my fault the phone is one on the shities things Samsung ever made. I used to love Samsung but now I hate them. this phone is just costing me time and money! I will drop this phone off at Samsung and set it on fire
