I walked in there and a lady who i can identify approach me and ask me can i help, I said yes first greet then we can speak, but anyway, i ask her for a Belkin Grip 360 Degrees for ipad, she said to me she don't know, what it is, she must ask the manager, he don't even know what it is, HOW CAN YOU SELL IPADS, BUT YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE ACCESSORIES ECT, so she took my name and she will find out, Today is 24 January 2013 I am still waiting for istore clearwater, for a answer. the other day I walk in the same store ask a price on a i flash drive 32 gig, a young guy with attitude tells me they don't stock the 32 gig I DON'T HAVE A PRICE FOR YOU WE ONLY HAVE THE 8 GIG, I ASK HIM CAN YOU GET ME ONE, HE TELLS ME I WILL WAIT LONG, I TURN MY BACK ON HIM AND I LEFT. My opinium is that most of the workers there don't have people skills and knowledge of the products they just want to sell and get there commission they don't care. I am still waiting for a reply on the BELKIN, very bad for istore.
