Awesome company. I bought the belikin bag form incredible connection, they didn't want to exchange it without the receipt that i misplaced. I got in contact with the Belkin distributor in S.A they put me in contact with Chris that exchanged it for me for free. Ordered the bag for me. They really when the extra mile to help me out!
