I have been calling the Samsung call centre for the last 4 days to try and have my warranty claim approved because the service centre that Samsung use are not prepared to help me with my claim. I have spoken to numerous consultants and I have been promised that they will have there supervisor phone me back as they can not assist me. No supervisor has phoned me and I have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to speak to someone to approve my warranty claim. Cannot believe that the service at a international company can be so poo
