As a more senior person wanting help with my Kindle and the lady who answered took time and patience to assist me. Thank you and well done! I even purchased a cover form them after all the help. I did not think that there was anyone in this country that offered kindle support and having come from the UK here on holiday I thought I might have to buy a new unit.
