We ordered and paid for a Kindle and leather cover on 29th January 2013. We have 'Confirmation of Payment'. Despite numerous E mails and promises we have not received the Kindle. Since Monday 13th May we have not received replies to our E mails and there is no phone no. on the website. It is now 3.5 months since we paid for the Kindle, a far cry from the 10 working day delivery time promised.
