I placed an order for a Kindle Paper White and some other items on the 21 Oct 2012. Partial delivery has occurred - the Kindle has not yet arrived despite numerous emails promising delivery by the 16th Feb 2013. In addition, they do NOT allow discussion telephonically on exisiting orders. This is entirely unacceptable. They are earning interest on my money while i am inconvenienced by non-delivery, non-communication and complete lack of interest on behalf of IGEAR. Empty promises do NOT make up for all of the above...
